ABOUT FLUID MSP

We built the MSP we wished existed

Fluid MSP started as a general managed IT provider. Over time, we kept finding ourselves doing our best work inside complex, fast-moving businesses — companies going through acquisitions, ownership transitions, and rapid growth. So we leaned in.

How we got here

With over seventy five years of combined experience in IT, our founding team has worked inside every model — break-fix shops, in-house departments, large managed service providers. We saw what worked and, more importantly, what didn't.

Most MSPs are built to serve as many clients as possible with as little friction as possible. That's not how we operate. We built Fluid MSP around relationships — long-term partnerships where we're accountable to your outcomes, not just your ticket queue.

Over time, our work naturally gravitated toward private equity firms and their portfolio businesses. These are environments where IT can't be an afterthought — where security gaps become deal-breakers, where technology debt slows down exits, and where the right infrastructure partner can meaningfully move the needle on EBITDA. That's where we do our best work, and that's where we've chosen to focus.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Our Values

Relationships first

Great relationships create better outcomes — for our clients, our partners, and our team. We invest in them like they're our most important asset, because they are.

Operational maturity

Technology should make your business more effective and more profitable. We hold ourselves to that standard on every engagement.

Transparency and honesty

We tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. No hidden fees, no overselling, no surprises.
